We want you to be fully satisfied with your Santa Cruz Bicycles purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for unused gear and components in their original packaging. Please note that complete bicycles and custom builds may be subject to specific restocking fees or regional restrictions.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Gear
Securely pack the unused items in their original shipping box, ensuring all tags and protective materials are intact to prevent damage during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and attach it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand over the package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
